Quick Group, international leader in the design, production, and sale of nautical equipment and complex integrated systems for yachts and superyachts, operates in more than 110 countries worldwide.
From the beginning, the Group has stood at the forefront of technological advancement, pursuing an ambitious goal: to promote a short, sustainable, and entirely Made in Italy supply chain, aimed at enhancing the pleasure of boating through cutting-edge integrated solutions.
This vision is embodied by six iconic and technologically advanced brands – MC², Sanguineti, Quick Nautical Equipment, Quick Marine Lighting, Xenta, and Nemo – each representing the highest expression of Italian excellence and innovation.
Headquartered in Ravenna, with three production sites in Italy and logistics and commercial branches in the United States and the United Kingdom, Quick Group continues to strengthen its position as an international benchmark for innovation, quality, and reliability, a true hub of excellence for the nautical sector.
The Group has been working in partnership with Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR and Armònia since 2022.
TIMELINE
1958
Founding of Sanguineti
Sanguineti is established, specializing in the design and production of nautical components for large yachts, such as gangways, boarding ladders, tender handling systems, and deck accessories.
1969
Founding of Nemo Industrie
Nemo is founded, specializing in the production of doors, windows, hatches, portholes, and fire & water-resistant bulkheads for the nautical industry.
1992
Acquisition of Quick
PM Marina acquires Quick, marking the beginning of an important phase of growth and innovation for the company.
1998
Acquisition of Atwood Nautic Boiler
Quick Spa acquires the Atwood brand, starting the production of water heaters.
2003
Acquisition of CATT
2004
Founding of XENTA
XENTA is founded, introducing an innovative control system for nautical applications, including remote controls, joysticks, and integrated maneuvering systems.
2006
International Expansion: Quick USA
Quick USA INC is established, a subsidiary dedicated to distribution and support for the American market.
2007
Creation of the Quick Marine Lighting
Quick begins producing lighting fixtures for yachts and superyachts.
2016
Acquisition of MC²
Acquisition of the Item Mare business unit, the MC² brand, and its know-how. The production is transferred to the headquarters, immediately beginning technical improvements aimed at providing greater e.ciency and reliability.
2018
International Expansion: Quick UK
Quick UK is established, a subsidiary dedicated to distribution and support for the UK market.
2022
Agreement with Fondo Italiano d’Investimento and Armònia SGR
Fondo Italiano d’Investimento and Armònia SGR acquire 70% of Quick Spa's capital, with the goal of accelerating the group's growth and increasing development opportunities through an ambitious consolidation and acquisition program.
2023
Acquisition of Sanguineti, Xenta and Nemo
2024
Sanguineti moves to a New Headquarter
All the products of the Group are designed, produced, assembled and tested in its operational headquarters and in the other three production sites in Italy.
